The Dream Team is the community of people who serve at Broad River.

From a warm welcome in the parking lot to a child discovering God’s love, every act of service matters. We serve because Jesus served us—and because people matter to Him.

Our heart is for serving to be a place where you are known, build relationships and grow as you help others take their next step.

Serving and worshiping are both part of life at Broad River. Our rhythm is to serve one service and attend one. Talk with a leader about preparation, availability and a sustainable commitment—including when you need rest or your season changes.

A little clarity

Common questions.

Do I need experience?

You can express interest even if you’re still learning. Experience and preparation vary by role. A conversation with the team will help clarify what is needed before you begin.

Does choosing two teams mean I must serve on both?

For most teams, your two choices help us explore where you fit; they do not automatically create two assignments. Worship and Worship Band require an actual serving commitment on an off-stage team first, continued alongside serving on stage. They cannot count as each other’s off-stage team. Photography does not require an additional team.

How often would I serve?

The commitment depends on the team, role and your availability. Discuss the schedule and preparation with a leader before agreeing to serve.

What if I’ve already completed the Belonging Path?

Let us know which steps you’ve completed and which teams interest you. Include any team you currently serve on so the next conversation can begin from where you are.

Can I explore teams before finishing the Belonging Path?

Yes. Browse the opportunities and ask questions while you explore your next step. Expressing interest is the start of a conversation; it is not automatic team placement.
