Meet Kevin
Personal remembrance.
Christian hope.
Iām Kevin Mullins, a pastor at Broad River Church in Norwalk. With decades of pastoral experience, I help families honor someone they love with a service that is thoughtful, personal, and rooted in Christian faith.
Together, we can make room for Scripture and prayer, meaningful memories, music, and the voices of family and friends.
Serving families throughout Lower Fairfield County, Iām available for inquiries about services at Broad River or another location.
A place to gather
Room for remembrance.
Space to be together.
Our Norwalk church offers a sanctuary for the service and smaller spaces for gathering afterward. Weāll discuss the arrangement that fits your attendance and plans.

The sanctuary
A distinctly Christian setting for a funeral or memorial service. Tell us your expected attendance so we can confirm the seating arrangement.

The lobby
A space for greetings and light refreshments, especially suited to 20ā25 people, with room for up to 45 standing.

The Gathering House
A separate building for a smaller seated gathering of 40ā50 people.
On-site parking and sanctuary audio/video are available. Gathering spaces accommodate smaller groups; please discuss reception plans with us.

A few practical questions
Before you reach out.
Can Kevin lead a service at another location?
You can inquire about a service at Broad River or another location. Include the venue or city so we can discuss availability and arrangements.
Can we ask about the space, pastoral services, or both?
Yes. Let us know what you need. Pastoral services and building use are arranged separately, and availability must be confirmed.
What kind of service does Kevin lead?
Kevin leads Christian funeral and memorial services, combining personal remembrance with Scripture, prayer, and Christian hope. We can discuss readings, music, and contributions from family and friends.
Can we gather afterward?
The lobby and Gathering House can accommodate smaller gatherings. Share your expected attendance and plans for refreshments so we can discuss which space would work.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the pastoral services, spaces, and support you need. Weāll discuss the costs before you confirm arrangements. Audio/video, required parking attendants, and Saturday cleaning may add to building-use charges.
Do we need a confirmed date before contacting you?
No. Share what you know, even if the date or other details are still being worked out. Sending an inquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a date.
