Bright Faith In Dark Times is our June message series. We love it when times are peaceful and prosperous but we’ve also seen that those time don’t last forever. How can we be prepared to handle the hard times when they invariably come? The book of Habakkuk is a small little book that is really helpful in answering that question. This is a prophet that was watching his nation decay and an enemy called Babylon coming in to attempt to destroy them.
Habakkuk called people to turn to God in faith in the middle of the circumstances and said that no matter how dark things get, God would be faithful to the covenant He made with His people.
