Water baptism is a time of celebration and public declaration of new life in Christ. Bring your friends and family to celebrate with us!
Whether you signed up for baptism ahead of time or not, you can be baptized! Our team has everything you’ll need from shirts to shorts, towels to sandals, even a bag to store your clothes. All we need is you!
Because Jesus instructed us to be baptized! Baptism is an act of obedience and demonstrates submission to God. Jesus himself was baptized, giving it special significance — Jesus loved us enough to identify with us! (Matthew 28:19-20,Mark 1:9). Every person who has received Jesus Christ as his or her personal Savior should be baptized (Acts 2:36-41)
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to go on the day of your baptism. If you have any further questions on what baptism will be like, or whether you or your child are ready to be baptized, email us at info@broadriver.church. We’d love to help answer your questions!
You will be baptized by someone from our team, or can choose to be baptized by someone who has already been baptized. If you’d like to be baptized by someone in particular, please email info@broadriver.church or speak with your Campus Pastor.
We are so excited that you are considering baptism for your child! Every child can have a personal relationship with Jesus, and in BRDRVR Kids we encourage them to make a decision to follow Him. For infants and children that are too young to fully understand and make the decision to be baptized, we offer infant and child dedication, where parents publicly commit to help their child grow in their faith and to raise them in a home centered on Jesus.
